The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. The highly trained front desk staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and available payment plan options so that you are able to make the best choice.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans, and we offer affordable third-party financing options. With third-party financing, you can:
- start treatment immediately
- enjoy low monthly payments
- finance up to 100% of the treatment cost
- choose between several payment options
- pay no costs upfront, up to 6 months interest-free
Insurance
We recognize that the cost of dental treatment can be overwhelming for our patients and so we submit our bill for the dental services directly to the insurance company.
We are in-network for most insurance plans including but not limited to: Cigna, Guardian, Delta, Aetna, MetLife, United Healthcare, and Anthem.
We are participating providers of CIGNA, Aetna and Guardian DHMO (DMO). These plans have patient co-pays required at the time of service.
In addition, we participate in discounted fee plans such as Careington, Signature and AmeriPlan. Please remember that co-payments are required at the time of the visit.
Our office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
As a courtesy to all of our patients who do not have dental insurance we extend a 10% discount on our fees.
Most insurance plans require us to keep a signed, hard copy of an insurance form in your chart. For your convenience you can complete the universal insurance form, download it and bring it with you at your initial visit. Or we will be glad to assist you in filling out the form when you arrive at our office.
