We respect your time and always make an effort to minimize your office wait. We need to have an up-to-date Medical History Form and Insurance Form for all patients. You can complete these forms on line and bring them with you at your initial visit. If you are not coming in with the Medical History and Insurance Forms already completed, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so that you can complete the paperwork and be ready for the dentist/hygienist at your appointment time.

We see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. As a courtesy we call all patients to remind them of their appointments. We do charge a missed-appointment fee for all patients who either do not come to their appointments or who cancel without giving us 24 hours notice.

We operate on a fee-for-service basis. Payment is required at the time of service and/or after the insurance company has paid their portion of the bill. This helps us keep our overhead down and allows our fees to remain as low as possible.

As an additional courtesy, our office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and of course your checks or cash are always welcome. We also offer a medical credit card called CareCredit which allows our patients to have the dental work they need or the cosmetic changes they always dreamed of by extending their payments up to 4 years!
As a courtesy to all of our patients who do not have dental insurance we extend a 10% discount on our fees.
